Some people have dairy allergies, and some places vary in their Champurado... so sometimes homemade is just better. 🍲 If you try this recipe, send me pics, please! 📸

Showers and snow are expected in San Diego County this week, with up to 4 inches of snow predicted in the mountain areas. The precipitation is a result of a trough of low pressure moving through the region, bringing colder temperatures and the potential for slick roads. Residents are warned to be cautious while driving and to allow extra time for travel. The snowfall is a welcome sight for local ski resorts, as they have been struggling with low snow levels this winter season. Overall, the weather forecast for the week includes a mix of rain showers and snowfall in the region. Read More... |
